Starlit   Yoga

This is a vinyasa style yoga class with a inspiring christian music playlist. This class starts with mindful meditation. You will sweat and be inspired with motivational words during class. 

Beginner & Advanced class offered

Benefits: Vinyasa yoga burns calories to help you lose weight. You move from pose to pose with the breath. Sweating using traditional cardio and vinyasa yoga can both help you lose pounds. The carfully selected music will help you, therapeutical, lift your mood & boost productivity.


Deep Restorative

This practice that about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.  Your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. Props are used to support your body.

Benefits: When your life is racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind. Restorative yoga helps provide that physical and mental balance to prevent stress and anxiety, through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, giving you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching.


Candlelight Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow paced yoga, with postures, that are held for longer periods of time from 3 to 5 minutes.

Benefits: yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and 

exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.

Hip Hop Class

Street/ Hip Hop Dance

This class starts with a warm up, followed by choreo that teaches you street dance and pop lock.

Benefits: It has both aerobic and anaerobic health benefits. The typical class is 60 minutes of moderate to high intensity movement. Rasing your heart rate

protects your cardiovascular 

health.  Hip-hop dance moves

can also strengthen the muscles in your arms, legs, and core which also improves bone and joint health.


Bellydance Fitness

This class is an Arabic expressive dance which originated in Egypt and emphasizes complex movements of the torso. This is a fun fitness class.

Benefits: bellydancing aids indigestion, increases balance, increases circulation, helps relieve stress, weight loss and the movements target and tone the muscles in your core.
